- When you request a quote, the form sends your details straight to our email inbox. That's the whole pipeline — there's no account to create and no customer database sitting behind this site.
- We use your information for exactly one thing: pricing, scheduling, and performing your wash.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
- Analytics only runs if we've switched it on — and even then it's aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.
- Want your info gone? Email us and we'll delete it.
1. Who we are
PPWashing ("Precision & Powerful Washing," "we," "us") is a pressure washing and soft washing service based in Lincoln, Nebraska, serving Lincoln and surrounding communities within about 30 miles. This policy explains what information we collect through ppwashing.net and in the course of doing your job, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
We keep it minimal, because our business only needs a little:
- Quote form details. When you use the instant estimator, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, town, the services you selected, your approximate surface sizes, your preferred timing, and the estimate range the calculator showed you.
- Direct communications. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you send — including photos of your property you share so we can firm up a quote.
- Job records. Before and after each job we photograph the surfaces we clean. These photos document condition and results, and we share them with you.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you when the job is complete. There are no user accounts on this site, so we never ask you to create a password.
3. How the quote form works
The form is a relay, not a warehouse. Your details land in our inbox and nowhere else that we control.
This is a static website with no backend server of our own. When you submit the quote form, your details are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service, to our company inbox at pppremiumpowerwashing@gmail.com. Web3Forms processes the submission solely to deliver it, under its own privacy policy.
If the relay is ever unavailable, the site falls back to opening your own email app with the details pre-filled — in that case the message comes directly from you to us and no third-party relay is involved at all.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request with a firm price and available times.
- To schedule, perform, and document your service.
- To follow up about the specific job you asked about.
- To keep ordinary business records (quotes, invoices, tax records).
We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
5. What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never rent or trade it to data brokers or marketers.
- We never run third-party advertising on this site.
6. Cookies & analytics
The site itself doesn't track you. If we turn analytics on, it counts visits — it doesn't build a file on you.
This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. We may enable Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — things like which pages get visited, general location (city level), and device type — so we know whether our marketing works. Analytics runs only if we have switched it on; if it is off, no analytics code loads at all.
If analytics is enabled and you'd rather not be counted, you can use your browser's tracking protections or Google's own opt-out tools.
7. Service providers
A small number of providers touch your information, each only as needed to do their job:
- Web3Forms — relays quote form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — hosts the company inbox where your messages arrive; Google Analytics, only if enabled, as described above.
- Phone and SMS carriers — carry calls and texts between us, like any phone call.
8. Job photos
Before-and-after photos are how we document our work — they show the exterior surfaces we cleaned, and we send them to you. If we'd like to use photos that identify your home in our marketing (like a before/after gallery), we will ask you first.
9. How long we keep things
Emails, quotes, and job records are kept as ordinary business records — the same way any small business keeps invoices for bookkeeping and taxes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep.
10. Your choices
- Ask what we have. Email us and we'll tell you what information of yours we hold.
- Correct it. If something's wrong, we'll fix it.
- Delete it. Ask, and we'll delete what we're not required to retain.
- Opt out. If we ever contact you about anything beyond your own job, one reply stops it.
11. Children
Our services and this website are intended for adults — homeowners, renters with permission, and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date at the top. Meaningful changes won't apply retroactively to information collected under an older version.
