1. Who we are

PPWashing ("Precision & Powerful Washing," "we," "us") is a pressure washing and soft washing service based in Lincoln, Nebraska, serving Lincoln and surrounding communities within about 30 miles. This policy explains what information we collect through ppwashing.net and in the course of doing your job, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

We keep it minimal, because our business only needs a little:

• Quote form details. When you use the instant estimator, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, town, the services you selected, your approximate surface sizes, your preferred timing, and the estimate range the calculator showed you.
• Direct communications. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you send — including photos of your property you share so we can firm up a quote.
• Job records. Before and after each job we photograph the surfaces we clean. These photos document condition and results, and we share them with you.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you when the job is complete. There are no user accounts on this site, so we never ask you to create a password.

3. How the quote form works

This is a static website with no backend server of our own. When you submit the quote form, your details are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service, to our company inbox at pppremiumpowerwashing@gmail.com. Web3Forms processes the submission solely to deliver it, under its own privacy policy.

If the relay is ever unavailable, the site falls back to opening your own email app with the details pre-filled — in that case the message comes directly from you to us and no third-party relay is involved at all.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request with a firm price and available times.
• To schedule, perform, and document your service.
• To follow up about the specific job you asked about.
• To keep ordinary business records (quotes, invoices, tax records).

We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

5. What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never rent or trade it to data brokers or marketers.
• We never run third-party advertising on this site.

6. Cookies & analytics

Google Analytics 4 is active on this website. It runs on every page, and it sets cookies in your browser (typically _ga and _ga_<id>) that hold a randomly generated identifier so returning visits are not counted twice. These cookies usually last up to two years. They are the only cookies this site sets — we run no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, and no third-party ad networks.

Through Google Analytics we receive aggregate measurement data: which pages were viewed and for how long, the approximate location your visit came from (city level, derived from your IP address — Google discards the full IP and does not store it in Analytics), the type of device and browser, and whether you arrived from a search engine, a link, or directly. We also record when someone successfully submits the quote form, so we know how many leads the site produces. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google Analytics, and we do not run advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking of any kind through this website.

Google processes this data as our service provider under its own privacy policy.

How to opt out. Any one of these keeps you out of our analytics:

• Install Google's official Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Turn on your browser's tracking protection or block third-party scripts (Safari, Firefox, Brave, and most privacy extensions block Google Analytics by default).
• Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or browse in a mode that blocks analytics scripts.
• Clear the _ga cookies from your browser at any time — the site works exactly the same without them.

Blocking analytics does not affect the quote form, the estimator, or anything else on the site.

7. Service providers

A small number of providers touch your information, each only as needed to do their job:

• Web3Forms — relays quote form submissions to our inbox.
• Google — Gmail hosts the company inbox where your messages arrive, and Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic as described in section 6.
• Phone and SMS carriers — carry calls and texts between us, like any phone call.

8. Job photos

Before-and-after photos are how we document our work — they show the exterior surfaces we cleaned, and we send them to you. If we'd like to use photos that identify your home in our marketing (like a before/after gallery), we will ask you first.

9. How long we keep things

Emails, quotes, and job records are kept as ordinary business records — the same way any small business keeps invoices for bookkeeping and taxes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep.

10. Your choices

• Ask what we have. Email us and we'll tell you what information of yours we hold.
• Correct it. If something's wrong, we'll fix it.
• Delete it. Ask, and we'll delete what we're not required to retain.
• Opt out. If we ever contact you about anything beyond your own job, one reply stops it.

11. Children

Our services and this website are intended for adults — homeowners, renters with permission, and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date at the top. Meaningful changes won't apply retroactively to information collected under an older version.
